在VB环境下利用PCL818-L板卡丰富的资源开发了闪光焊焊接过程数据采集系统的软件和硬件,对钢轨焊接过程参数进行实时、准确的测量和综合分析,为焊接过程控制、焊接质量的分析提供有用的信息,为焊接工艺试验指明方向。而且,在实际焊接过程中得到了较好应用。

It discussed how to use the rich resources of the PCL818-L card to quickly develop the software and hardware of a data acquisition system under the Visual Basic 6.0 development environment,and the data acquisition system was finished and put into use.The parameters of rail welding can be measured real-time and precisely and analysed comprehensively,which can provide useful information for the control on welding process and the analysis of welding quality,and also provide a guide for the test research of welding process.
