Research on C^4ISR Systems for Special Operation

特种作战是当前局部战争中一种典型作战样式,其作战特定决定了对C4ISR系统的特殊要求。在分析特种作战样式、特点及对C4ISR系统应用现状的基础上,描述了特种作战C4ISR系统应实现的宏观的和具体的目标。并以简单事例为导引,提出了一种基于地理信息系统的松散耦合圆周模型的特种作战C4ISR系统结构,并详细阐述了其概念、框架结构和功能设计,以及实现上的难点所在。最后指出构建特种作战C4ISR系统是从宏观上对特种作战理论、思想、实施的一种集成、统一过程。

Special Operation is a representative operational mode in current local war. Its operational characteristics determine Special demand for C4ISR system. At first this paper analyzes Operational model.Operational characteristics and application domain, then explains macrocosmic and ultimate goals of the C^4ISR system. With a example,a incompact and coupling circle model of special operational C^4ISR system is described, and its concept, architecture and function are discussed minutely.Finally we point out the difficulty of system realization.
