环氧化酶在生殖中的作用 被引量：2

摘要 环氧化酶(Cyclooxygenase,COX)是催化花生四烯酸(AA)转化为前列腺素样物质(PGs)的限速酶,生殖过程的许多方面都依赖于前列腺素配体与受体间的相互作用.COX与雌性生殖密切相关,对目标基因的研究显示,COX-2基因缺陷的大鼠其卵泡发育、排卵、受精、着床、蜕膜化和分娩的过程都发生障碍.PG在雄性生殖系统中亦十分重要,PGE、PGF与精子生成及合成睾酮的生理调节密切相关,作为PG合成的限速酶COX-2和PG一样在雄性生殖系统的精囊、附睾和前列腺中呈强阳性表达.
