摘要
生产调度是企业生产过程中一个重要部分,而且实际的生产过程中会存在各种各样的不确定性,针对不确定条件下的flow shop(流水车间作业)调度问题,采用模糊数学的方法来处理数据的不确定性,在基于模糊规划理论的基础上建立了相应的调度模型,并结合免疫算法的特点,提出了解决此类问题的模糊免疫调度算法.通过仿真试验,证明了模型和算法的可行性和有效性.
Production scheduling is an important part in enterprise's production process, and there will be various uncertainties in the real production process. To solve the flow shop scheduling problems under uncertain condition, the fuzzy matheratics methed can be applied to process the uncertain data, and the corresponding fuzzy scheduling model has been set up based on the fuzzy programming theory. Combining the characteristic of the immune algorithm, a fuzzy immune scheduling approach of solving this kind of problems has been proposed. Simulation results demonsrate the feasibility and validity of the model and algorithm.
