元胡止痛片中欧前胡素和异欧前胡素含量的HPLC测定

HPLC Determination of Imperatorin and Isoimperatorin in Yuanhu Zhitong Tablets

目的:采用 HPLC 法测定元胡止痛片中欧前胡素和异欧前胡素的含量。方法:采用 C_(18)柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(70∶30),流速0.8 mL·min^(-1),检测波长254nm。结果:欧前胡素的线性范围为0.15～0.75μg(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.8%,RSD 为2.0%;异欧前胡素的线性范围为0.10～0.50μg(r=0.9999),平均回收率为98.1%,RSD 为2.4%。结论:本法操作简便,结果准确可靠,重复性好。

Objective： To develop an HPLC method for the determination of imperatorin and isoimperatorin in Yuanhu Zhitong tablets. Methods ： C18 （4. 6 mm × 250 mm,5μm） column was used. The mobile phase contained MeOH -H2O（70： 30）. Flow rate was 0. 8 mL·min^-1. The UV detection wavelength was 254 nm. Results： The calibration curve of imperatorin was linear（ r =0. 9999）in the range of 0. 15 -0. 75 μg, the mean recovery was 99. 8% , with RSD 2. 0%. The calibration curve of isoimperatorin was linear（r =0. 9999） in the range of 0. 10 -0. 50 μg,the mean recovery was 98. 1% ,with RSD 2.4%. Conclusion： The method is simple,rapid and accurate.
