摘要
目的:测定经通口服液中阿魏酸的含量。方法:用反相高效液相色谱法,ODS C_(18)色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-1%醋酸水溶液(15:85),检测波长315nm,流速1.0 mL·min^(-1),柱温为30℃。结果:经通口服液中阿魏酸与其他成分良好分离,阿魏酸的保留时间15.30 min,线性范围16.24~81.20 ng,r=0.9999,平均回收率101.9%,RSD 为1.4%。结论:本法灵敏度高,操作简便,结果准确,可用于经通口服液中阿魏酸的含量测定。
Objective: To determine the concentration of ferulic acid in Jingtong oral solution with HPLC. Method: Determined by HPLC using ODS C18 (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5μm) chromatographic column, acetonitrile - 1% acetic acid solution( 15: 85)as mobile phase. The wavelength for detection was 315 nm, the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1 and the temperature was set at 30℃. Results:The peak of ferulic acid appears on about 15.30 minutes, the range of calibration curve was 16. 24 - 81.20 ng, r = 0. 9999, the method recovery of ferulic acid was 101.9% (RSD = 1.4% ). Conclusion :This method is sensitive, quick and accurate for measurement of ferulic acid concentration in Jingtong oral solution.
