为了满足工程测试的需要,应用VisualC++及其编程控件MSComm开发了基于Windows界面的串行通信应用程序。该程序按照VA-10的通讯协议,建立了仪器与计算机的互联,实现了数据传输、格式转换、文件存储和控制振动分析仪等功能。还给出了利用VA-10通讯功能实现船舶推进轴系纵向振动测量和内燃机机体振动烈度分析的应用实例。通过实践检验,此应用程序可以使VA-10更方便地应用于工程测试、状态监测和故障诊断等领域。

To meet the engineer measurement need, designed an execution program based on Windows. This program was complied by Visual C ＋＋ . It can transmit the information and data into computer, control VA - 10 through computer, redraw the screen of VA - 10 on the computer, and store these things as files. With the help of this program,used VA - 10 to measure axial vibration of marine propulsion shafting and vibration of internal combustion engine body. The experiments indicate that VA - 10 and communication system can be used in the engineering measurement and diagnosis widely.
