摘要
阐述了一种基于MEMS技术的芯片ADXL202的应用设计与集成。介绍了ADXL202的测试原理和主要参数设计原则,然后利用其集成了一种无线加速度传感器并进行了测试。实验结果表明ADXL202非常适合于频率变化较为缓慢、加速度不太大的土木工程结构的测量;利用ADXL202所构成的无线加速度传感器,易安装拆除,适合在土木工程结构监测中应用。
The application design and integration of MEMS ADXL02 based on MEMS were discussed. Firstly, the testing principles and important parameters designing rules were introduced. Then, a kind of wireless acceleration sensor based on ADXL202 was developed and acceleration was tested. The experimental result indicates that, MEMS ADXL202 is fit for monitoring the civil engineering structures whose signal is of low amplitude and changing slowly in frequency domain; the wireless acceleration sensor based on ADXL202 could be easily assembled and be applied compatibly to civil engineering structure monitoring.
