摘要
根据原子力显微镜(AFM)对Fe基纳米晶Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9合金薄带的介观结构的研究结果,提出了解释纳米晶软磁合金磁性能的理论模型——柱、球混合模型,并成功地解释了频率对纳米晶软磁合金磁性能的影响,所得理论体现了Herzer理论和纪松理论的特点,并弥补了它们的不足,同时提出了纳米晶粒电导率σ、磁导率μ对合金磁性有影响的观点.
According to the research of the mesoscopic structure of Fe73.5 Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9 by AFM, we propose a model for nanostruetured soft magnetic properties; and explain the influence of the frequency on the magnetic properties successfully using the model. The model possesses the characteristic of Herzer's or Ji Song's model, and supplement their deficiency. We also study the influence of the conductivity a and the permeability μ on the magnetic properties of Fe73.5 Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9 for the first time.
