β-环柠檬腈的合成

Synthesis of β-cyclocitralva

报道以柠檬腈为原料,用90%硫酸作环合剂和石油醚为溶剂,然后在碱性条件下异构化,合成了标题化合物,总得率80.5%,纯度98.5%。

This paper reported that β-cyclocitralva was synthesized from citralva in a yield of 80.5% and its purity was 98.5%. In course of this reaction, 90% sulfuric acid and petroleum ether were used as cyclization reagent and soluent, respectively, the yields were greatly increased.
