老年抑郁症患者的短时记忆特点的研究

Study on the Short Time Memory Characteristics of th e Elderly Patients with Depression

目的探讨老年抑郁症患者短时记忆的特点。方法选择符合诊断标准的22例老年抑郁症病人,平均年龄(66.32±2.95)岁,严格按照临床记忆量表使用手册进行短时记忆检查,并与本院同期疗养的健康疗养员42名[平均年龄(66.29±2.27)岁]进行对照比较。结果老年抑郁症患者的指向记忆测验、联想学习测验、图像自由回忆测验以及人像特点联系记忆测验成绩均显著低于对照组(P<0.01);而无意义图形再认测验结果与对照组无差异(P>0.05)。结论老年抑郁症患者对有意义材料的回忆成绩下降,但对这类材料的再认成绩正常。

Objective To study the characteristics of short time memory of elderly patients with depression. Methods Twcnty-twc elderly patients （ aging 66.32 ± 2.95 ） with depression in accordance with diagnostic standards were enrolled in the study. They were tested according to clinical memory quantized table and compared with 42 healthy volunteers （ aging 66.29 ± 2.27 ） as controls. Results The scoring of the elderly patients with depression was significantly lower than that of the healthy controls in the tests of point-to memory, associative learaing, free image recall and portrait - associated memory （ P 〈 0.01 ）. There was no difference in the re-cognition of meaningless images between the two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion There is a decrease in the recalling ability to meaning data among the elderly patients with depression.
