阿昔洛韦联合泼尼松治疗老年带状疱疹的疗效观察

Aciclovir plus Prednisone Was Applied to the Treatme nt of Senile Herpes Zoster

目的观察阿昔洛韦联合泼尼松治疗老年带状疱疹的疗效及安全性。方法将78例诊断明确的60岁以上老年带状疱疹分为两组,治疗组40例,对照组38例。治疗组给予阿昔洛韦与泼尼松治疗,对照组只给阿昔洛韦治疗。两组均以7d为1疗程。结果治疗组止疱、止痛、止痂、痊愈时间分别为(3·52±2·10)d,(5·81±3·41)d,(5·92±2·49)d,(9·18±3·29)d;而对照组分别为(5·52±3·49)d,(12·41±5·29)d,(9·32±3·94)d,(13·74±5·46)d,两者相比治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0·01)。副反应与后遗症:治疗组有4例轻度反应,对照组中有2例轻度反应,6例遗留有神经痛。结论阿昔洛韦联合泼尼松治疗老年带状疱疹不仅疗效高、安全、简便,而且可有效预防带状疱疹治愈后的后遗神经痛。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of aciclovir plus prednisone on senile herpes zoster and its safety. Methods All the 78 senile patients diagnosed with herpes zoster were divided into treatment group （40） and control group （38）. The former group was administered with aciclovir plus prednisone, while the latter took aciclovir alone. Results The durations of controlling herpes, pain and crust and healing up were respectively 3.52 ± 2.10, 5.81 ± 3.41, 5.92 ± 2.49, and 9.18 ± 3.29 days, which were shorter than that of control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. There were four patients in treatment group and two ones in control group who suffered from slight adverse reactions, but six ones in control group suffered from neuralgia as quelae. Conclusion Aciclovil plus prednisone is not only effective, safe and convenient, but also able to prevent neuralgia that remains after herpes zoster.
