术中肠镜诊断小肠不明原因出血17例分析

Analysis on Enteroscopic Diagnosis of Small Intestin al Bleeding of 17 Patients During Operation

目的探讨术中肠镜检查对诊断小肠不明原因出血的临床价值.方法对17例不明原因小肠出血在剖腹探查中,于小肠中段附近作一2～3 cm 切口,将肠镜插入,进行逐段观察.结果 17例患者中,15例查出出血部位及出血原因,成功率为88.2%.病变部位分布于回肠10例,空肠5例.结论术中肠镜检查是诊断小肠出血的有效方法.

Objective To set a clinical value of enteroscoplc examination during the operation on the diagnosis of small intestinal bleeding whose causes are unknown. Methods A incision of 2 - 3 cm long was made in the middle section of each small intestine of 17 patients with small intestinal bleeding during the exploratory laparotomy. And the enteroscope was inserted into for the exami- nation by sections. Results The sites and the causes were found out in 15 of the 17 patients, so the successful rate was 88.2%. As for the sites of the lesions, they were respectively located in ilea in ten patients and in jejuna in five ones. Conclusion Ent eroscopy during the operation is the effective way to the diagnosis of intestinal bleeding.
