This article provided a guideline for HPLC method setup in two types of Agilent Chromatography Software, Chemstation and Cerity NDS when testing Cephradine in drug substances and drug products. The final results can be obtained for both Cephradine and Cephalexin at same time by using the calculation functions in the software, no manual calculation or other application such as Microsoft Excel is needed. The method setup procedures may apply to other products like Cephradine as it is a common case in pharmaceutical industry.
