摘要 目的 探讨多焦视网膜电图(mfERG)对复杂性视网膜脱离(RD)视功能客观评价的意义。方法 应用VERIS ScienceTM 4.2mfERG检测仪对80例复杂性RD患者的双眼进行检测,并与正常对照组比较。结果复杂性RD患者的对侧眼、患眼在6个环的N1波、P1波振幅密度较正常对照组降低,潜时延长,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。有严重玻璃体积血组的N1、P1波振幅密度在2~6环高于无严重玻璃体积血组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。重度PVR组的N1、P1波振幅密度低于轻度PVR组,在6个环差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。黄斑裂孔组在所有6个环的N1、P1波振幅密度较正常对照组降低,潜时延长,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 mfERG能客观定量评价复杂性RD患者的视功能。严重的玻璃体积血、黄斑裂孔、PVR对视功能有明显影响。 Objective To explore the significance of multifocal electroretinalgram (mfERG) in evaluating the visual function of patients with complicated retinal detachment (RD) objectively. Methods 80 patients suffered from complicated RD underwent mfERG using VERIS ScienceTM 4. 2. The results were compared with normal group. Results In all the unaffected and affected eyes of the complicated RD group, the latencies of N1 wave and P1 wave in the 6 rings were significantly delayed and their amplitudes markedly decreased compared with the normal group ( P〈0. 01). In the eyes with serious vitreous hemorrhage, the amplitudes of N1 wave and P1 wave turned to be higher in ring 2 to ring 6 compared with those eyes without serious vitreous hemorrhage. All these differences were significantly important ( P〈0. 05). Whereas the amplitudes of N1 wave and P1 wave in the severe PVR group were lower than the slight PVR group in all the 6 rings. The differences were also meaningful ( P〈0. 05). In the macular hole group, the latencies of N1 wave and P1 wave in the 6 rings were meaningfully delayed and their amplitudes markedly decreased compared with the normal subjects (P〈0. 01). Conclusion MfERG is an objective and quantitative method to evaluate the visual function of patients with complicated RD. And, the visual function can be significantly influenced by PVR, macular hole and serious vitreous hemorrhage,
