Graves眼病合并急性球后视神经炎1例 被引量：1

摘要 患者女,46岁.因左眼眼球突出14个月,于2002年8月6日入院.患者于2001年3月开始,出现心慌、乏力、体重下降,曾查T3、T4增高,诊断为"甲亢".2001年6月份开始发现眼球突出,当地医院给予强地松50mg/d,逐渐减量.2002年8月4日左眼视力急剧下降,8月6日下降至光感,遂来我院治疗.既往无肺结核,无糖尿病,无其他传染病病史.体检:血压125/80mmHg,心率79次/分,左眼睑轻度浮肿,眼球突出度:右17mm,左20mm,眶距96mm.左眼球结膜轻度充血水肿,眼球运动稍受限,尤以向外活动受限为甚.甲状腺Ⅰ°度肿大,质软,未闻及杂音.心律齐,双肺未闻及湿罗音,四肢无特殊,三大常规正常,肝肾功能正常.
