驱油用聚合物PF1的合成与性能评价 被引量:4

摘要 鉴于部分水解聚丙烯酰胺在高温、高矿化度油藏中聚合物溶液的增粘作用明显丧失,且柔性链易于剪切降解的缺陷,采用加入增强聚合物链刚性与耐温性的长链疏水单体以及强极性单体的方法,改善聚合物的水溶性与耐温抗盐性,合成了三次采油用聚合物PF1,研究了引发温度对聚合物分子量的影响,以及极性单体、疏水单体的浓度对聚合物在复合盐水溶液中表观粘度的影响,进一步评价了聚合物的抗剪切性。当疏水单体与极性单体的含量分别在0.5%、6%及引发温度在11℃时,该聚合物驱油利PF1具有很好的增粘性与抗剪切性,其性能可满足不同矿化度油藏聚合物驱油要求。 Owing to poor temperature-tolerance, salt-resistance and anti-shearing of partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamide (PHPA) in the reservoir with high temperature and high salinity, the copoly-mer of acrylamide-N-tetradecyl acrylamide-2-acrylamino-2-methyl propane sulfuric acid (PF1) have been synthesized by micel-lar polymerization method, and the solubility and property of temperature-tolerance and salt-resistance have greatly been improved. The effect of the polymerization temperature on molecular, the effect of the concentration of hydrophobic monomer and polar monomer on the apparent viscosity of the copolymer in different complex brine have been investigated. The property of anti -shearing of the copolymer has been evaluated. Results show that PF1 has good viscosifying action and property of anti-shearing in different complex brine when the content of the hydrophobic monomer and polar monomer are 0. 5% and 6% , respectively, initiation temperature is 11℃,which could meet the needs of polymer flooding in the reservoir with different temperature and salinity formation.
