摘要 水驱开发中,为防止高渗透层和裂缝条带吸水过多而中、低渗透层达不到注水受效的要求,人们采用了多种方法对注水井吸水剖面进行调整。在综合国内外近年来各种应用较广效果较好的调堵剂的基础上,结合实际情况,制定了以丙烯酰胺为主要原料,辅以有机-无机交联剂和其它添加剂,最终得到一种新型的Z-1型颗粒调堵剂的制备方案。Z-1型调剖堵水剂对岩芯封堵能力很强,稳定性和抗盐性能良好,在岩芯实验中的堵塞率也很高。此颗粒调堵剂成本低、适应性强,适用于非均质的油藏和注水井,是一种优良的调剖堵水剂。 In waterflood development, in order to prevent the high permeability layer and crack from absorbing too much water which could result in the middle and low permeability layer cannot reach the requirement of water flooding; people have taken many kinds of methods to improve the profile of water injection. On the basis of synthetically analyzing recently differ kinds of good water plugging agent at home and abroad, we have synthesized a new type grain profile control and water plugging agent Z-1 by u-sing AM as major raw material, organic and inorganic crosslink-ing agent and other additives. The Z-l has strong plugging capacity to cores and high plugging efficiency. Also, the Z-1 has low costs, good adaptability, which is suitable for inhomoge-neous oil reservoir and affusion well. So Z-1 is a type of excellent water plugging agent.
