摘要
利用溶胶-凝胶法制备了有机-无机纳米结构材料多面体倍半硅氧烷(PSSO)材料Γ -(甲基丙烯酰氧)丙基倍半硅氧烷膜(MPTS)。用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、核磁共振谱 (NMR)及激光解吸/电离-飞行时间质谱(MALDI-TOF MS)表征了MPTS的结构。运用纳米压痕实验法得到了MPTS在常温下的力学常数。结果表明:MPTS具有良好的纳米级结构形态和优异的力学性能。提供了一种合成PSSO材料的方法,并且为这种材料的合理应用特别是对其优异的力学性能的应用提供了参考。
An organic - inorganic nanostructure material of polyhedral silsesquioxane (PSSO) coating film derived from ( γ - methacryloxylpropyl) trimethoxysilanes (MPTS) was synthesized via sol - gel processing. The molecular structures of MPTS were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) , nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) and laser desorption/ionisation time - of- flight mass spectrometry ( MALDI - TOF MS). The mechanical constants of MPTS at ambient temperatures were measured by nanoindentation. The results show that MPTS have fine nanostructures and good mechanical properties. This work provides a synthesize way for PSSO materials and a references for the reasonable applications of mechanical properties of PSSO materials.
