摘要
设计了用于天然染料苏木精上染真丝绸的媒染方法———三价铬预媒废水回用法,并与目前工厂常用的三价铬预媒加六价铬后媒的复合媒染工艺进行了染色比较。结果表明该法同样可以赋予织物乌黑饱满的深色调及优异的服用性能,且操作过程中不需要使用重铬酸盐,从而降低了媒染过程中的铬用量及染色废水中的铬残余量。
In this paper, a new mordanting method used in the dyeing of silk with natural Hematin was designed, in which the wastewater of Cr( Ⅲ) pre-mordanting was successfully reused. Compared with the traditional two-step mordanting method in which Cr( Ⅲ ) was used as pre-mordant and Cr(Ⅵ) as post-mordant, the new method with no dichromate used could also give full dark shade and excellent performance to silk fiber, meanwhile.the overall amount of chrome used during dyeing process and the residual chrome in dyeing bath was greatly decreased.;
