FROM GROWTH OF TOTAL QUANTITY OF GRAIN PRODUCTION TO AGRICULTURE OF HIGH PRODUCTION,SUPERIOR QUALITY AND HIGH EFFECT

本文以党的十四届三中全会的《决定》为指针，从理论与实践的结合上对我国粮食生产由总量增长向高产、优质、高效发展的必然性与可能性进行了论证；并高度评价了《决定》中的关于农业部分的论述是促进我国农业现代化，摆脱农业困境的又一具有前瞻性的重要理论。

Taking the《resolution》adapted at the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Commitee of the C. P. C as a guiding principle ,the author has expounded and verified the necessity and possibility of the development that our grain production develops from the growth of total quantity to high production, superior quality and high effect and considers that the exposition about agriculture in the《resolution》is another important forward-looking theory in promoting the modernization of our agriculture and extricating our agriculture from a difficult position
