摘要
目的:探索寒凝血瘀证动物模型的制作方法.方法:将大鼠置于0℃~1℃冰水中20min,每日1次,连续2周,造成寒凝血瘀模型.结果:模型组大鼠出现寒战、蜷缩少动、爪尾部紫暗等症状;耳部微循环、血液流变学异常;血浆ET升高,NO降低,与正常组及对照组比较有显著性差异,经温经汤治疗上述情况明显改善.结论:上述方法建立寒凝血瘀大鼠模型,符合中医证侯特点,具有一定的理论和实践意义.
Objective: To explore now to produce tlae animal model of blood stasis due to cold accumulation. Methods: The rat model of blood stasis due to cold accumulation was induced by keeping in water at 0℃-1℃ for 20 minites perday for two weeks. The appearance, microcirculation of rats auricle, the changes of blood rheology and the level of plasma ET-1 and NO were observed. Results: Compared with normal and cntroul groups, model rat appeared chill, hunched, lazy and cyanosis in tail and claw, microcirculation of rats auricle and blood rheology changed. Compared with normal and controul groups, the plasum ET-1 was increased. Meanwhile, the level of NO was decreased. After the treatment of modified Wenjing decoction, the symptoms and signs were improved. Conclusion:This new animal model of blood stasis due to cold accumulation accorded with the characteristic of syndrom of traditional chinese medicine, which was valuable for theory and practice.
