摘要 采用水蒸气蒸馏法从尾叶香茶菜的茎叶中提取挥发油成分,应用气相色谱-质谱联用检测仪对获得的样品进行成分分析,共分离得到78个峰,通过Wieley质谱数据库检索,鉴定出34个化合物,其中大多数为直链烷烃化合物,也含有少量的不饱和脂肪酸化合物。34种化合物中正十六碳酸的含量最高,约占总量的36.945%。应用GC-MS法分离、分析尾叶香茶菜的挥发油成分,仪器操作简便,分析方法比较先进。 The volatile oil from leaves and stems of Isodon excla ( Maxin. ) Hara was analyzed by GC - MS for development of Chinese medicinal materials. The volatile oil was extracted by steam distillation, then separated by capillary gas chromatography. The amount of the component from volatile oil was determined by normalization methods. We got 78 peaks, 34 of which were identified. The method to extract and analyze the volatile oil from Isodon excia by GC - MS is proved to be convenient to operate. The results are accurate and reliable.
