摘要
复方斑蝥胶囊经回流提取,用气相色谱法测定复方斑蝥胶囊中斑蝥素的含量,线性范围为0.202～1.012μg,回收率为98.63%～100.5%,相对标准偏差为1.31%.
A method has been established for the quantitative determination of cantharidin in com- pound capsules cantharidin by gas chromatography. The calibration curve was linear in the concentration range of 0. 202-1. 012 μg with regression equation y = 1. 011 77 × 10-5 ×＋0. 046 14, the correlation coefficient was r=0.9952, the recovery is 98.63%-100. 5%. The method gives a DRS of 1.31%（n=6）. The proposed method is simple, quick and accurate for determination of cantharidin in compound cantharidin capsules.
