摘要
以82(50)、陇亚7号、匈牙利3号和范昵等4个亚麻品种为材料,研究了亚麻籽粒中维生素E(VE)的类型、质量分数及积累规律,结果表明:VE总质量分数以82(50)最高,达36.02 mg/100 g,其次为陇亚7号(28.25 mg/100 g)和范昵(26.18 mg/100 g),而匈牙利3号最低(21.08 mg/100 g).82(50)和陇亚7号品种中,VE主要为Vγ-E1种类型,范昵和匈牙利3号中,VE主要为Vα-E,Vγ-E和Vδ-E 3种类型.各品种间VE积累的速度和时间不完全相同,82(50)中VE的积累主要在籽粒发育成熟的中后期,陇亚7号在整个籽粒发育成熟期间,VE的积累速度基本一致,匈牙利3号和范昵品种中,VE的积累主要发生在籽粒发育成熟的早期.Vδ-E在整个籽粒发育成熟期积累,匈牙利3号中Vα-E在整个籽粒发育成熟期间持续积累,范昵品种在籽粒发育成熟的早期Vα-E积累速度较快.
Types, contents and accumulating laws of VE in the seeds of four flax varieties, i.e. 82(50), Longya No. 7, Hungary No.3 and Fanni, have been studied and analyzed. The results indicated that 82(50) had the most VE (36.02 mg/100 g), followed by Longya No. 7 (28.25 mg/100 g) and Fanni (26.18 mg/100 g), while Hungary No.3 had the least. Vγ-E was the only type in 82(50) and Longya No.7, while in Fanni and Hungary No.3, Vα-E, Vγ-E and Vδ-E were the major types. The results also showed that the accumulating speed and time of VE were not equal among the four varieties. Accumulation of VE in 82(50) occurred mainly in the middle and late maturing stages of seeds, Longya No. 7 was basically in the whole maturing process, Hungary No.3 and Fanni in the early maturing stages. Vδ-E accumulated in the whole maturing stage. Vα-E in Hungary No.3 accumulated continuously in the period of mature, and Vα-E in Fanni accumulated faster in the early stages.
