金融生态建设:一个基于系统论的分析

我国金融生态建设存在诸多系统性问题,与经济金融的发展不相适应。本文运用系统论观点分析了金融生态圈内各子系统之间的相互关系以及决定中国金融生态系统的各种深层要素。为促进各子系统的和谐共存、良性互动和均衡发展,当务之急是要树立金融生态建设的系统论观念,完善金融法律环境,努力实现行政金融向市场金融、管制金融向生态金融的转变,提高金融生态主体免疫力和市场竞争力。

China＇s financial ecology construction confronts many systematic problems that hinder China＇s economic and financial development. Though a systematical approach, this paper analyses the interactions among subsystems of financial ecology and the fundamental determinants of the financial ecological syste.To achieve a harmonized, benign and balanced development of all subsystems, emphasis should be put on the establishment of the systematic development idea, improvement of the legal environment, transformation from the government-dominated financial system into the market-oriented system, and enhancement of financial institutions＇ competitiveness.
