摘要
通过对LY12铝材在不同温度下进行电磁成形的试验结果的分析对比,得到了在相同能量以及相同电路参数条件下,加热对工件变形的影响规律。通过理论推导以及和试验相比较,对在加热条件下工件的温度系数、材料在不同温度下的力学性能及电阻率诸因素对电磁成形的影响进行了分析。其结果对以后的生产实践有一定的指导意义。
After the LY12 panels were deformed by electromagnetic forming under the different temperatures, the results of experiments were studied and the relation between the deformation and the temperature was analyzed under the invariable parameters and the same energy.We found some laws of the electromagnetic forming under the heating condition after the theoretical analysis and contrast to the test results, which will be very important to the deeper research.
