摘要
本文研究了以菜子油为原料,在硫酸的催化作用下定与氧水和冲乙酸发生环氧化反应,制取环氧菜子油的工艺方法,并选用L9(3^4)正交实验和反应过程中环氧值的分析,得以了各影响因素、最佳工艺条件,并讨论了影响环氧值大小及影响产品色泽、酸价的各种因素及操作中的注意要点。
In this paper,with rapeseed oil as a raw material,sulfuric acid as catalyst and through the epoxy reaction of hydrogen peroxide solution with glacial acetic acid,the technological method in producing epoxy rapeseed oil was studied. We selected the analysis of epoxy value in L9(34)orthogonal experiment and reaction process and obtained respective factors influencing epoxy value and the best technology conditions,We discussed various factors influencing epoxy value and the color and acid value of the product. And also we discussed the key points worth attention in the operation.
