摘要
本文分析了球墨铸铁管表面喷锌生产线锌粉粉尘产生的特点,设计了新型移动式气幕密闭吸风罩,并阐述了主要参数的确定。新型吸风罩在生产线上得到成功的应用。
This paper analyses the characteristics of zinc dust produced in the production line of spraying zinc onto the surface of nodular cast iron pipe, properly designs a new type of moving air tight suction guard and expounds the determination of the main parameters. The new type of suction guard has been applied in production line successfully.
