摘要
分析了我国落后的食物产业结构与新的食物消费需求结构的矛盾,认为食物产业结构的滞后是制约我国粮食商品生产发展的主要原因之一,提出大力发展食品工业,调整食物产业结构,是推动我国粮食商品生产持续、健康发展的一条重要途径。
this paper analyses the contradiction between the backward structure of our country's food industry and the demand for the new food consumption and the author thinks that the backward structure of food industry is one of the main reasons in restricting the development of our country's grain commodity production. This paper also suggests that greatly developing food industry is an important approach of adjusting the structure of food industry and promoting the continual and healthy development of our country's grain commodity production.
