摘要
本文从纱线动力学和气圈的共振现象出发,研究环锭纺锭子(或气圈纱线)的临界速度及气圈的临界尺寸,探讨锭子(或气圈纱线)合理工作速度和气圈合理工作尺寸的确定方法,供确定纺纱工艺参数和设计纺纱断面尺寸时参考。同时对气圈纱线的振动特性进行了实验研究。
This paper studies the critical and reasonable operating spindle speeds and balloon sizes in ring spinning on the base of the theory of yarn dynamic and resonance,discusses a new method of determining resonable operating spindle speeds and balloon shes. The conclutions of this paper are available for reference for determining the technological parameters of ring spinning At the same time tan experiment on the vibration characters of balloon in ring spinning is made here.
