摘要
采用离体叶片溶液扦插鉴定法,研究了低钙条件下大白菜心叶的抗性及症状表现。结果表明,在离体条件下心叶的斑点和枯边均呈正态分布,且二者的发生无相关性,材料抗性的评价应综合斑点和枯边两个症状。大白菜干烧心的始发病部位主要在叶缘和叶柄,症状主要表现为斑点和枯边,只有50%的材料表现水渍,心叶的症状表现与品种和基因型有密切关系。
In this paper,detached leaves from Chinese cabbage were inserted into detecting solution to study the resistance and character of symptom of leaves of Chinese-cabbage under low calcium. The results indicated that the distribution of spots and rots are all “T” shape,and there is no relation between spots and rots. To identify material's resistance to low calcium should be based on these two symptoms. The starting of tip-burn mainly distributes on leaf's marginal and stem. Spots and rots are tip-burn's main symptoms ,only 50% materials show water strain. There is deep relation between symptom and variety and genotype.
