摘要
小麦蓝矮病是陕西乃至西北冬麦区的一个重要病害,由介体条沙叶蝉专化性传播。利用植原体16SrDNA基因保守序列通用引物对Rm16F2/Rm16R1,应用PCR技术从小麦蓝矮病株叶片中扩增到1.4kb的特异片段。通过介体条沙叶蝉对小麦蓝矮病植原体寄主范围进行研究,在接种的18种寄主植物中,有8种寄主表现症状,表明小麦蓝矮病植原体寄主范围广泛。
Wheat blue dwarf (WBD) is an important disease of winter wheat disseminated by Psammotettix striatus L. in Shaanxi and Northwest area. A DNA fragement 1.4 kb were amplified by polymerase chain reaction with primers (Rm16 F2/Rm16 R1) for phytoplasma 16S rDNA and DNA samples extracted from infected wheats but not in those extracted from healthy plants. Host ranges reach up to 8 species through inoculation of 18 different hosts in greenhouse. It shows that wheat blue dwarf phytoplasma has wide host ranges.
