K_2HPO_4诱导黄瓜抗炭疽病研究 被引量:4

摘要 研究了磷酸盐(K2HPO4)诱导黄瓜对黄瓜炭疽病(Colletotrichum lagenarium)的抗病性表现。结果表明,50mmol/L的K2HPO4有较好的诱导效果,诱导效果可达57.81%,并于诱导处理后第3天表现出最佳诱导抗性;K2HPO4诱导黄瓜对炭疽病的抗性具有系统性;1~100mmol/L的K2HPO4对炭疽菌菌丝生长无抑制作用,但50mmol/L以上浓度可抑制孢子萌发。 The induced resistance to C. lagenarium was conducted through cucumber treated with K2HPO4. The result showed that the induced resistance in cucumber treated with 50 mmol/L K2HPO4 had better effect reaching 57. 81%. The third day expressed the best effect after K2HPO4 treatment. The result also showed that K2HPO4 had induction of systemic resistance in cucumber against anthracnose. K2HPO4 had no inhibition to the mycelial growth of C. lagenarium at the concentration from 1 to 100 mmol/L,but had some degree of inhibition to the spore germination at the concentration from 50 mmol/L up.
