摘要
针对当前研制的不同类型药剂,通过室内抑菌测定和田间小区试验,评价了25%菌思奇EC等6种杀菌剂对番茄灰霉病菌的抑制作用和防治效果。结果显示,25%菌思奇EC、施佳乐40%SC、20%乙霉威WP、速克灵50%WP、50%多菌灵WP和50%福美双WP对番茄灰霉病菌的EC50分别为0.27,3.21,0.99,4.14,169.49和12.59μg/mL,田间试验防效依次为85.32%,83.65%,79.95%,82.29%,75.32%和70.49%。
Gray mold has already became one of the most important factors to affect vegetables recently. In this paper ,several fungicides have been examined the inhibitory activities in vitro and the control effects in field tests. The results show,the value of EC50 about 25% Junsiqi EC,Pyrimethanil 40 SC,20% procymidone WP,diethofencarb 50 WP,50% carbendazim WP,50% thiram WP is 0. 27,3. 21,0. 99,4.14, 169. 49 and 12. 59 μg/mL. The control efficiency for tomato gray mold is 85. 32%, 83. 65%, 79. 95%, 82.29%,75.32% and 70.49% in field respectively.
