摘要 基于激光三角测量原理,提出了非接触式检测内外螺纹各参数的工作原理和实现方法.设计制造了由轴向位移测量模块、横向位移测量模块以及上位机数据处理、控制、评价模块组成的检测系统,并给出了检测螺纹各主要参数的算法.利用激光测量头检测螺纹轮廓在横截面上的尺寸,结合由光栅测得的精密平台的轴向位移量和螺纹合格的判断标准完成螺纹轮廓曲线的检测和评价.该测量装置的检测分辨率可达1.5μm,能满足绝大多数的螺纹表面检测要求.此测量方法能避免接触式测量方式引起的变形问题,实时控制螺纹加工质量,提高检测精度和检测效率. The principle and implementing method of non-contact thread parameter inspection based on laser triangular measurement principle were presented. An inspection instrument was designed and produced, which included axial displacement measurement module, transverse displacement measurement module and a module to deal with, control and assess the data in the upper system. The algorithm for inspecting the main parameters of the thread was given. The inspection and estimate of the thread contour curve were completed by using laser gauge to measure the dimension of the thread contour curve in the transverse section, and using raster to measure the axial displacement of the precision worktable under the thread test criterion. The inspection resolution of the equipment is 1.5 μm, which can meet most requests from customers. This instrument can solve the distortion problem caused by contact measurement, control the manufacturing quality of the thread, and improve the inspection precision and efficiency.
