摘要
可拓学是近年来诞生于我国的一门原创性科学。运用可拓学的理论与方法,对供应链的整体绩效评价进行了分析研究。从考察供应链系统顾客满意水平的角度出发,建立了基于顾客满意的供应链整体绩效评价指标体系,并对各项绩效评价指标进行了量化,进而构建了供应链整体绩效物元模型;运用可拓学中的优度评价方法对供应链的整体绩效物元模型进行了优度评价求解。
Extenics is one of the new originated science of our country in recent years, this paper analyzes and studies the macrocosm performance of supply chain with the theory and method of extenics.From the direction to the investigation in the customer satisfaction level of the supply chain system,this paper first sets up the evaluation index system and quantified it of macrocosm performance which based on the customer satisfaction. And then this paper forms the matter-element model to the macrocosm performance of supply chain.Finally. this paper solves the model with the priority-degree evaluation method of extenics.
