对关系营销和营销关系的特征分别进行了分析,对二者的区别与关联进行探讨,提出了正确运用关系营销策略的要点。
This paper analyses characteristics of relationship marketing and marketing relationship, and discusses the difference and relation between them, and put forward some suggestion about how to apply relationship marketing strategy.
