摘要
我国政府主导型的风险投资具有“政府失灵”的缺陷。当前民间资本充裕,投资需求旺盛,政府应积极进行制度供给,吸引民间资金供给主体进入风险投资,实现“官助民办”的风险投资供给主体模式。
The type of government-orient venture capital investment has the “ineffectiveness of government” problem. With the development of the country, non-governmental capital has been accumulated a lot, which is seeking for the opportunity of investment. So it is the suitable time for the government to input institutional supply, which will attract non-governmental capital into the venture capital investment field and realize the favorable type of governmental assistance and non-governmental governance.
