摘要经济全球化发展的今天,跨国公司在集群中参与的重要性越来越突出,通过理论和案例分析阐述了跨国公司对该类集群形成与发展的促进作用;指出了跨国公司可能存在的负面影响.并提出了对我国区域经济发展的启示. With the process of globalization,Multinational Company （MNC） as an important carrier for globalization,makes a great role in the cluster on its forming,developing and contacting to outside. It analyzes the MNCs＇ positive and negative effects on clusters and puts forwards some advices for the regional economic development.
