摘要
采用热重分析方法对中国典型动力煤种的热解动力学特性进行了研究,探讨了各煤种热解活化能及热解特征温度变化情况,并对结果进行了分析,得到煤样热解总失重率基本随煤化度的提高而减少,热解特征温度基本随煤化度的提高而增大。对于中等变质程度煤,因其结构中芳烃烷基侧链含量丰富,桥键多的缘故,这些煤样DTG曲线具有最大失重峰。在煤样主反应阶段中等煤有较高的活化能,低和高变质煤的活化能低。
This paper has studied the pyrolysis kinetics characteristics of Chinese typical steam coals by thermo-gravimetry analysis method, The pyrolysis activate energy and pyrolysis characteristic temperature of coal has been discussed and analysed. The conclusion showed that the total weight loss reduced and the typical pyrolysis temperatures increased with increasing of coal rank during coal pyrolysis. Because more alkyl fuctional group and bridge bonds exist in medium rank coals,their DTG curvets have heaviest weight loss peaks. During the main reaction stage, the medium rank coals had higher activation energies, the low and high rank coals had lower activation energies.
