电站锅炉汽包焊接缺陷的安全评定 被引量:2

摘要 针对某电站在役锅炉汽包焊接缺陷,采用我国“在役含缺陷压力容器安全评定规程(SAPV)”和英国“含缺陷结构完整性评定标准(简称R6)”的新版失效评定曲线,对其进行了安全评定。评定结果表明,Lr<0.8,aM2<am,Kr<Krmax,该缺陷是允许存在的,即使不处理,锅炉汽包在其使用工作压力和工作温度下,仍可以安全运行。经过近十年锅炉汽包的安全运行,证明理论评定在本案例条件下是可行的,为安全评定的进一步推广应用提供了参考数据,为使用单位创造了直接的经济效益。 In view of welding defect of a boiler separator in service, ASPV and a new edition safety assessment of R6 for invalidation have been applied to make a safety assessment. The resuits indicated that Lτ〈 0.8, a^-M^2 〈 a^-m ; Kτ〈 Krmax, and the existent of defect was allowed. Even if the defect was not been disposed, the boiler separator would work safely in its work pressure and temperature. Having served for ten years, it is proved that the theoretical assessment is feasible under the work condition. It offered reference data for extend application of safety assessment and made straight economic effectiveness.
