摘要
真菌多糖是一类从真菌的子实体或菌丝体分离出来的天然高分子化合物。研究表明,真菌多糖具有抗病毒、抗凝血、降血脂、抗肿瘤、免疫调节、延缓衰老等多种生物活性,现已被开发成多种药物和功能性食品添加剂。随着天然药物化学、药理研究的不断深入,真菌多糖已引起国内外学者的极大兴趣,其重要生物学效应成为当今研究的热点。
Fungi polysaccharides are natural macromolecule compound derived from the sporlcarp or mycalium of the fungus. They have such a lot creatives as antiviral property, anticoagulant property, putting down blood-lipid, against cancer, immunomodulation and slowing down the process of getting older, so they have been developed as many kinds of medicines and additives for foods. With the further study on natural drug chemistry and medical theory, the research of fungi polysaccharides has caused great interests of scholors from home and abroad, their important biological effects have become the hotpoint of today's research.
