卡托普利联合黄芪治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效观察

Curative effects of captopril and mongolian on diabetic kidney disease

目的 观察卡托普利和黄芪联合治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效。方法 临床将糖尿病肾病92例患者随机分成4组:常规组、卡托普利治疗组、黄芪治疗组、卡托普利和黄芪联合治疗组。观察指标为:用药前后的尿蛋白排泄量。结果 与常规组相比较,治疗组患者的尿总蛋白和尿白蛋白定量明显降低(P<0. 01),卡托普利和黄芪联合治疗组较其他两治疗组患者的尿总蛋白和尿白蛋白定量亦有明显降低(P<0. 05)。结论 卡托普利和黄芪联合治疗糖尿病肾病较单独应用更为有效。

Aim To observe the curative effects of captopril and mongolian on diabetic kidney disease. Methods 92 diabetic with diabetic kidney disease were randomly divided into four group： Routine group ,captopril group, mongolian group, captopril and mongolian combined treatment group. Observation index sign is as follows ： UP of the diabetic were observed before and after treatment. Results Compared with the routine group＇s, the UP of the treatment groups （P 〈 0.01 ） decreased rapidly, and the effect of captopfil and mongolian combined treatment group（ P 〈 0.05 ） was better than that of the other two. Conclusion The curative effect of mongolian combined with captopril on diabetic nonage nephropathy is better than that of the treatment only with a single agent.
