摘要
目的 探讨4 (2 羟基苯亚甲胺) 安息香酸(HBAB)聚合物膜玻碳电极的制备、性质及对血红蛋白的电化学测定法。方法 用电化学循环伏安法研究了修饰电极的性质及其对血红蛋白的电催化还原。结果 HBAB聚合物膜修饰电极在0. 50MH2SO4溶液中于-0. 2^+0. 6 (vs. Ag/AgCl)电位范围内呈现一对氧化还原峰;表观电位Eo’随pH值增加向负方向移动,HB AB聚合物膜修饰电极对血红蛋白具有良好的电催化还原作用。结论 血红蛋白浓度在7. 0×10- 8 ~5. 6×10- 7 mol·L- 1 的范围内与峰电流成线性关系, 6次连续的血红蛋白测试结果的标准偏差是2. 3%,结果令人满意。
A stable electroactive thin film of 4-(2-Hydroxy-benzylidene amino ) -benzoic acid has been polymerized on the surface of a glassy carbon electrode by cyclic voltammetry from an acetate buffer solution containing 1.0 × 10^- 5 mol · L^-1 4-(2-Hydroxy-benzylidene amino ) -benzoic acid. Cyclic voltammogams of 4-(2-Hydroxy-benzylidene amino ) -benzoic acid indicate the presence of a pair of redox peaks with a formal potential of + 0.145 V at a scan rate of 50 mV ·s^-1 , with the cathodic peak potential shifting linearly in the negative direction with increasing solution pH. The modified electrode exhibits potent and persistent electrocatalytic activity for hemoglobin reduction in 0.50 mol · L^-1 H2SO4 soiution. The peak currents are proportional to the concentrations of hemoglobin over the range of 7. 0 × 10^-8 to 5.6 ×10^-7 mol · L^-1. The relative standard deviation is 2.3% for 6 successive determinations of 3.0 × 10^-7 mol · L^-1 hemoglobin.
