摘要
目的利用小鼠负重游泳实验,观察小鼠运动性疲劳时体内相关指标变化及其机制.方法 1)测定小鼠耐缺氧时间;2)测定肝(肌)糖原含量改变;3)测定鼠血中丙二醛含量变化.结果虫草能提高鼠耐缺氧时间;显著提高鼠肝(肌)糖原的储备;并能降低鼠血中丙二醛含量,并显示与剂量纯度关系.结论虫草具有明显的抗疲劳作用.
Objective Using weight swimming expertment in rats, me change of the relative indexes and its mechanism in exercising fatigue were observed. Methods 1 )determining the resisting hypoxia time in the rats; 2 ) determining the content change of heptoglycogen (myocogen) ; 3 ) determining the maloldiadephyde change in the serum. Results Codyceps sinensis can improve the time of resisting hypoxia and improve the heptoglycogen(myocogen) reservation obviously, but it can decrease maloldialdehyde content in the serum. Conclusion Codyceps sinensis has obviously resisting fatigue effect.
