Diagnosis and Treatment of Injury of Bile Duct of Luschka

目的 探讨Luschka胆管损伤的诊断、治疗及预防措施。方法 回顾性分析我院1995年8月～2004年8月收治的18例Luschka胆管损伤病例资料。结果术中确诊13例经行缝扎、低负压引流而于7～10d痊愈；术后诊断5例，经通畅引流治疗，其中1例再次手术引流后10～35d痊愈。结论 胆囊切除术中Luschka胆管损伤是可以预防的，及时发现，可靠缝扎，通畅引流是治疗Luschka胆管损伤的关键。

Objective bile duct of Luschka. Methods To investigate the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of injury of Retrospective analysis of 18 cases with injury of bile duct of Luschka admitted from Aug 1995 to Aug 2004 in our hospital. Results 13 cases were cured in 7 - 10d by the treatment with suture, ligation and low negative pressure drainage. 5 cases of being diagnosed after operation were cured in 10 -35d by the treatment with low negative pressure drainage, and including reoperation with 1 case. Conclusion Injury of bile duct of＂Luschka could be prevented in cholecystectomy. It is key of treatment such as diagnosis in time, suture and ligation firmly, and low negative pressure drainage perfectly.
