摘要 目的探讨急性有机磷中毒患者ECG、心肌酶变化与心功能的关系。方法对73例急性有机磷中毒患者ECG、心肌酶连续动态监测,观察患者心功能变化。结果急性有机磷农药中毒患者ECG、心肌酶均有程度不同的改变,病情越重,心肌酶越高(P<0.01),心功能不全发生率越高(P<0.01)。结论有机磷农药可直接损伤心肌,继而引起各种心律失常、ST-T改变及心功能不全,中毒越重,心肌损伤越严重。 Objective To investigate the relationship between the changes of electrocardiogram (ECG) and enzymes of myocardium in patients with acute organophosphorous pesticide poisoning. Methods A total of 73 patients with acute organophosphorous pesticide poisoning were enrolled in the study. Their ECG, enzymes of myocardium were monitored dynamically and cardiac function were observed. Results ECG and enzymes of myocardium had changed to some degree patients with acute organophosphorous pesticide poisoning. The worse the condition was, the higher the enzymes of myocardium were ( P 〈0.01 ) and the higher the incidence of cardiac dysfunction was ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Organophosphorous pesticide can damage the myocardium directly and lead to the occurrence of all kind of arrhythmia, changes of ST - T and cardiac dysfunction. The higher the intoxication degree was, the more severe the injury of myocardium was.
