摘要
以南阳牛、南阳牛、中国西门塔尔牛为试验动物,利用PCR-SSCP和PCR-RFLP技术研究了GHR基因上第8外显子、第9外显子、5’端、第3外显子的遗传变异。结果表明在GHR基因第8外显子、5’端既没发现PCR-SSCP多态,又没发现HaeⅢ、HindⅢ、PstⅠ、SpeⅠ、MspⅠ、RsaI酶切多态;在GHR基因第9外显子、第3外显子也没检测到PCR-SSCP多态。
Nanyang Luxi cattle and Chinese Simmental were used as experimental population; the genetic variations of GHR genes were researched by PCR-SSCP and PCR-RFLP method. The results were as follows: The polymorphic PCR-SSCP sites in the 8th exon, 5' flanking region and the polymorphic Hae Ⅲ, HindⅢ, Pst Ⅰ , Spe Ⅰ , Msp Ⅰ , RsaI site in the 5'flanking region and the 8th exon, of the bovine growth hormone receptor (GHR) were not examined in three breeds.. And the polymorphisms PCR-SSCP sites of the 9th, 3rd exon were not tested, too.
