摘要
利用随机引物多态性DNA(RAPD)技术分析了7个多花水仙品种类型,从260条随机引物中筛选出18条,共扩增出129条稳定条带,以此来计算品种类型间遗传相似系数,进行聚类分析,构建树状分枝图。结果表明:7个品种类型可分成四组:第一组I-1和I-2;第二组II-1和II-2;第三组III-1和III-2;III-3单独成为一组。
Seven cuhivars were analyzed, using random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) genetic markers. Eighteen decanuletide primers were used for DNA amplification, 129 markers generating. The genetic marker data were analyzed by using NT-sys software. A dendrogram was constructed by using UPGMA method. The study showed that it was similar between Ⅰ-1 and Ⅰ-2.Ⅱ-1 and Ⅱ-2 were similar. It also indicates that Ⅲ-land Ⅲ-2 have a close relationship. Ⅲ-3 is special specie.
